XMFMKIT SIEMENS FIRSTSURGE FLUSH MOUNT KIT
- Flush mounting kit includes a flush mount plate, 4 stand offs and 8 screws
- Flush mounting kit is for use on Siemens FirstSurge line of surge protection devices (FS060, FS100, FS140)
- For use when the load center that will have a FirstSurge surge protection device installed is recessed in a wall
- FirstSurge surge protection device sold separately
When surge protecting load centers or breaker boxes recessed within a wall, Siemens FirstSurge allows for aesthetic continuity when fitted with our optional flush mounting kit. Once fitted with the flush mount kit, a 3.7 in. x 8.5 in. dry wall opening is made near the recessed load center. FirstSurge cables are then fed through conduit to your panel's knockout hole. FirstSurge is then mounted and fastened to the dry wall. FirstSurge is then connected to a dedicated breaker as described within its installation instructions.
