Free Standard Shipping:We are pleased to offer free standard ground shipping and residential delivery on orders over $99 within the continental United States. Shipments that do not qualify for ground shipping will be incur a shipping cost; please contact customer service for a freight quote. This offer is valid for orders shipping to a single address only. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur freight costs.
For orders under $99, a flat shipping charge of $9.70 will apply.
Oversized & Low-Value Items – Shipping Fee Notice
Some products in our store do not qualify for free shipping due to one of the following reasons: - Oversized or overweight dimensions that require special handling or carrier surcharges - Low-value items where standard shipping costs exceed the product price For these items, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
The exact fee is calculated based on: - Product size and weight - Shipping Destination - Selected delivery method - We strive to keep these costs as low as possible and always display the shipping charge before you complete your order. Expedited Shipping:We also offer expedited ground and air shipping on selected products through United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping rates for UPS vary based on the weight of the items. You can view these rates at the time of checkout.
You will receive an email notification on the day your order is shipped, using the email address provided at checkout.
WWCSupply is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they have been delivered. Once the shipping carrier confirms delivery, the responsibility for the package shifts to the buyer. Please contact the shipping carrier or file a claim with them if you have any issues with your delivery. To protect yourself from package theft, consider requiring a signature upon delivery (available in our checkout screen), using a security camera system, and implementing a secure lockbox, as well as contacting the delivery company if a package is stolen. By proactively utilizing these services and precautions, you can significantly reduce the risk of package theft and ensure a more secure delivery experience.
Damage and Shortages:We must be notified of any damage or shortage claims within 72 hours of delivery. WWC Supply is responsible for the replacement of the product only. We are not responsible for any labor costs, service charges, or other expenses incurred in the removal, shipping, or reinstallation of the product.
Clearance Policy:Clearance pricing is only available if the product is shipped from the clearance branch. In order to confirm if your order qualifies for the clearance price, please contact the WWC Supply team at 972-503-4535.
