- Built to last the life of the plumbing system, Fernco no hub couplings offer long-lasting performance and the preferred way to connect cast iron pipes together without the need for a traditional hub and spigot joint.
- The patented, bi-directional corrugation shield seals pressure in both parallel and transverse patterns on the gasket and pipe to provide a positive, reliable seal.
- Meeting the requirements of ASTM C564, the beaded gasket consists of an elastomeric compound with strategically positioned grooves and beads providing exceptional Sealing Pressure and holding power.
- The clamps feature a one-piece screw housing that mechanically interlocks to the band. This design eliminates leak paths that can occur in staked or welded clamps.
The No-Hub Coupling has a patented shield design that provides maximum transfer of pressure from the clamps to the gasket and pipe. Engineered to connect no-hub cast iron pipe in applications, replacing the less-efficient hub and spigot. No-Hub Couplings come in handy when your pipes are in hard-to-reach places, cannot be moved for repairs or when replacing just a section of piping when hubs are not available. Installation is as easy as sliding the coupling on and torquing the stainless-steel bands down for a leak-proof connection.
