Sioux Chief dishwasher air gap shall be installed where a dishwasher air gap is required. Air gap device shall be designed with 1/2 in inlet hose barb and 3/4 in outlet hose barb. Product shall conform to ASSE 1021. Waste discharge from dishwasher shall not be less than 5 gpm with inlet pressure not over 5 psi at inlet connection.
