Spears Elbow, Standard, Fitting/Connector Type: 90 deg Elbow, 1 in Nominal, Socket x FNPT, SCH 80/XH, 150 psi, Molded, CPVC, Gray, 73 deg F, Domestic. All CPVC schedule 80 fittings shall be produced by Spears Manufacturing Company from CPVC materials, cell classification 23447 conforming to ASTM Standard D 1784. All injection-molded fittings through 12 in shall be manufactured in compliance to ASTM F 439 and Certified by NSF® International for use with potable water service. All 14 in through 24 in and fabricated fittings shall be produced in accordance with Spears Specifications. All CPVC flanges shall be designed and manufactured to meet CL150 bolt pattern per ANSI Standard B16.5.
