Taco CX expansion tank with a 1" bottom connection and a 4-gallon vertical steel tank for pressures up to 125 psi. CX expansion tanks are diaphragm type tanks that provide permanent separation of air and water. Water expands into upper tank volume, deflecting diaphragm downward. Air pre-charge is in the lower tank volume.
